the staff answered all my questions prior to arrival and gave expert advice for nearby parking. they recommended restaurants and called to check our arrival time, which impressed me. the hotel sets the standard for communication, i felt.

the windows were so dirty that i could not see outside. the room was large but not modern, i must say. the breakfast was delivered on a tray outside the room and i found it poor.

i had trouble locking the balcony door , none of the keys worked. it looked the locking mechanism was painted over , this was concerning. my room was on the first floor , i didn't feel secure with an unlocked door.

the staff was cute and efficient. they promptly answered all my pre-arrival questions and provided super assistance throughout my stay. a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was in my room upon arrival. parking was safe and convenient at a nearby public car park with a special rate arranged by the hotel, costing €18 for 24 hours.

the in-room coffee machine wasn't working perfectly but it was quickly replaced.

Really good Stay with Great Staff

The staff was friendly and professional. They answered all questions promptly and gave expert advice on nearby parking (a real plus). I appreciated the room being ready upon arrival. We received a warm welcome from the staff. A complimentary sparkling wine bottle was in the room, alongside birthday balloons and chocolate (a nice surprise!).

This made carrying luggage a bit difficult. The windows were also quite dirty (sadly obstructing the view).
